University of Lethbridge’s Molly Conrad is the WCSA Player of the Week for Week 4, after putting together the most complete offensive weekend of any hitter in the league.
Hitting in the heart of Lethbridge’s lineup, Conrad’s job is simple: do damage. And this weekend, she did it over and over again, game after game, en route to a perfect 5-0 weekend for Lethbridge.

By the Numbers
- .625 AVG
- .700 OBP
- .938 SLG
- 1.638 OPS
- 10 H (7 singles, 2 doubles, 1 HR)
- 4 RBI
- 3 BB
Conrad’s signature moment came in an 11-7 win over University of Saskatchewan, where she went a perfect 4-for-4, doubling home a run in the first inning before breaking the game open with a two-run home run to center field in the fourth. She wasn’t finished there. She hit back-to-back with Jenna Funk in the win over Regina, collecting two more hits and leading the team with two walks, then added two more hits in the comeback win over Mount Royal. Across the weekend, Conrad drew three walks, a rare combination of power and discipline that made her nearly impossible to pitch to.
And the timing mattered as much as the volume. Conrad’s hits weren’t empty ones. She came through with runners on in three straight games, turning close contests into comfortable ones and, in the Mount Royal game, helping fuel the rally that capped Lethbridge’s perfect weekend. That’s the kind of week that doesn’t just pad a stat line; it’s the kind that wins games.
For a team that went 5-0 and didn’t have a single close call that Conrad wasn’t a part of, this one wasn’t much of a debate. She was the most productive hitter in the league this weekend, on the best team in the league this weekend — and that combination is hard to top.
