SAIT Trojans and the University of Calgary Dinos hosted the second weekend of WCSA games at Shouldice Athletic Park in Calgary. The sun was shining, and all 7 teams were present and playing. The fans watched some exciting games with lots of runs and hits and fabulous plays in the field. The Calgary Dinos and UBCO Heat played a tight game with a pitcher duel to a final score of 4 to 2 for UBCO. For people who enjoy lots of hitting, the highest scoring game of the weekend was Saskatchewan 17 to SAIT 11.
Next week is regional action with games in Kelowna (UBCO, Calgary, UVic) and Regina (SAIT, Regina, USask).
